Marco Palma

Univ.Ass. Dott.mag.

Marco recieved his MSc in Architecture at Politecnico di Torino and was visiting scholar at R.P.I. School of Architecture.
He acquired practical experience as a specialist in computational design for the late design stages in different architecture and engineering offices in Europe, maily focusing on the management of complex geometries for construction and room-acoustics purposes.
Meanwhile, he took part to various research programs related to computation and fabrication in architecture, working at the Deparment of Architecture and Design in Politecnico di Torino and at the Chair for Digital Fabrication in Architecture in ETH Zurich.
He is member of Co-de-iT - Computational design Italy, a hub for transdisciplinary research, consultancy, and education in computational design, where he his expanding his interests in both industrial and creative robotics, materials and non conventional fabrication processes.
In 2019 he joined TU Wien at the Institute of Art and Design as part of the Three-Dimensional Design and Model-Making group.
