Madhouse, or crazy game

As the title suggests, we want to approach the topic of crazy games from different artistic perspectives in the artistic project X in the summer semester 2020.
No game is without rules. These rules should be rethought and reinterpreted. The things, objects and forms that are played with alone or in groups are to be examined for their possibilities and independently reinterpreted. To this day, this topic has not been exhausted and is still being explored by artists.
The exploration should take place individually and in groups.
What meanings and contents are or can be associated with this topic? How and in what way do we recognize games? Is it enough to bring two people and things into spatio-temporal proximity to awaken the urge to play? Do we need other characteristics to encourage play? Do we need changeable role models, or is the urge to play something that is biologically rooted in us?
The choice of materials and techniques depends on the particular idea and is therefore determined by the authors themselves during the course of development.
Sketches, prototypes and discussions will be used to describe the process of idea generation and the realization of the work in physical space. The final presentation will be a three-dimensional work 1:1 or a performative performance.
